Hi. Ordered a high/low bed for my disabled son. The bed I ordered looks like an ordinary bed and was made to measure. It is very sturdy and well made and does the job. It wasn't cheap but the quality was worth it.

We pre-booked our appointment and were given as much time as we needed. Towards the end, a second assistant came up and all our outstanding queries were answered. Having ordered, and now received my bed, I am very pleased with my purchase.
HOWEVER, we could not have been more emphatic about the problems that would be encountered in the narrow spiral staircase that the delivery men would have to face. BUT apart from a brief memo on the delivery-note, no warning had been given. When the engineer and his assistant arrived they had to strip the bed down completely into its component parts in order to get it upstairs; the factory should not have assembled the bed in the first place.
