Lovely people, very helpful. the young lady who dealt with us in their showroom had lots of time to explain everything at a pace my elderly parents would understand and helped my father to try the various bed options, that will help him maintain his independent mobility. Everything was arranged swiftly and the bed was manufactured to my parents spec, and delivered and installed in approximately two weeks. My parents were very comfortable with the installers in their house and they took time to explain how everything worked before they left and took away the old bed. Thank you, this has helped me to provide what my parents most needed as their needs are changing with age.
