Excellent service at the beginning. But have phoned twice with a technical problem and we are still waiting for an engineer to contact us. Also we have not had a courtesy call after our seven day trial to see if everything was ok , this is putting a dampener on the whole experience which started off very well STILL WAITING

Service in the showroom when we ordered was very good and took time to explain the different options to us.
Service after that in terms of updates was non existent. We were told in the showroom bed would be 10-14 days. After 14 days I called Laybrook to be told it meant 14 working days but couldn't confirm date. I called back a week later and told a headboard delay and couldn't confirm date ( we had only ordered a standard headboard so not clear why that would delay. I then called back a week after that and was told yes you are 8am next Friday. A better experience would of been to at least have an email update rather than me have to keep chasing for any information. Once the bed has arrived it is an excellent if expensive product and we are happy with it. I would of given 5 stars if there had been some service update provided but the telephone team seemed to see it as the customers job to make contact not theirs even after the 10-14 days had stretched to a month......
