En fait j'ai été assez déçu à la réception de ce produit. D'une part je n'avais pas compris qu'il s'agissait d'un bracelet élastique, qui se détend un peu et de plus 1 semaine après l'avoir réceptionné j'ai perdu le petit "charm" qui représente le OM qui devait être mal fixé.je suis donc déçue par le rapport qualité/prix. Mais Lari à tout mis en oeuvre pour arrangé ces petits soucis. Merci à elle

I was kinda disappointed with the bracelet becos the actual color of the crystal isn't as bright as what's shown in the pictures. But I have to say that Laris is wonderful! The delivery process was very quick and bracelet come in a vibrant beautiful box and personalized card. This was my first epsy purchase and you have definitely made it a wonderful one.
