This is a great product! I love that they are hand made and custom made at that. The only draw back is the shipping time, which I know is not their fault. I saw that my hats shipped on the 22 and it’s now the 12. Other than that, everything has been awesome and the site it very easy to navigate.

The shopping experience was smooth and I received my hat yesterday, just in time for a snow storm. It's beautiful, soft and warm. I couldn't be happier. I ordered xxl on the suggestion of others that I take a size larger than I think I'll need and that suggestion was spot on. XXL fits like a glove!
The only down side in my experience is that in this day of Amazon Prime next day shipping, waiting 3-4 weeks tests my patience.
