I'm writing on behalf of my dad he would like to say a huge thanks to the lads on the lorry collecting the bins dad forgot to put bin out so they opened gate and took the bin fair play to them that's what you call 5 star service highly recommend kollect

I can't recommend Kollect enough. It's pay as you use and not like other companies where if you pay in the middle of the month they tell you that you have missed two lifts. Very friendly staff we were distracted this morning with our two young kids as any family would be we just forgot to put out our bin. A very nice young lad knock on our door and asked did we forget about our bin. He took our bin and was very nice about it. Other companies would passed your house off and that would be a collection gone. I would advise anyone to give them a try great service thanks Kollect.

Great, friendly , helpful staff. So accomodating. Hassle free. No queueing out onto the street to pay exorbitant standing fees. No being treated like a thug if you simply want to complain.
