I used Kollect's junk removal service today, the two lads were great, very helpful and they had the whole garden cleared up in no time at all! Reasonable prices and all the work is done for you-highly recommended service..

Fast, friendly and affordable service from a customer-focused local company. Unlike other companies who often leave bins blocking the footpath, Kollect always put them back right where you left them. The Junk Removal guys do a quick job and you don't even need to be at home. Highly recommended!

Super service from start to finish. Very friendly phone calls. The guys that collected the rubbish were great, just told them what was to go and within a few mins it was gone.

Kollect came up first in our search for a service provider. Us being from South Africa, we had no idea how it worked and the team were very responsive and helpful. Kollect has competitive prices and the customer service is next level! We missed our collection day (horror when you've had visitors and its full to the brim!) and we not only got a personalised text to say the driver noticed our bin wasn't out but we got a collection day within two days to ensure we didn't sit with a big mess! We are very happy with Kollect - keep up the good work!

What a fantastic idea for a Skip Hire company to undertake! I'm delighted that I can order a van with two men onboard to fill it up providing what is in effect a double service of collecting and bringing away the rubbish. No need for skips to be around for a couple of days and also I love the fact that you only pay for what they actually collect! Great idea and I'm happy that I know I'm dealing with a reputable company that will dispose of everything properly as I've heard a few bad stories about 'man with a van' collecting the rubbish and unfortunately not disposing of it in a proper way. Delighted with this.

I had very bad experience. I ordered new bin a good month ago. Still waiting. I keep calling and they keep telling me that they will ring me back with an update. Noone ever calls with an update. I paid €45 for bin and service fee. Received no service.

Update:
They offered to take my rubbish bags without fee until I receive the bin. I was assured that I will get my bin this week. Many thanks to Meghan who took the matter into her hands and resolved it. She deserves to be awarded for her efforts.

We initially spoke with Con regarding possibly using the Kollect services for junk removal of a house we vacated.
Calling them back I got in touch with Tom who was extremely helpful!
Their charges were fair, and their planning was excellent.

It was taking me a few days to get everything together in the house.
Tom was very patient and very polite on the phone during every discussion we had about the removal process.
His team then arrived on time, on the date they promised.

They swiftly removed all the required junk out from the house for us.
I had been panicking about how to get everything done, but after Tom's help, I had no worries and everything went smoothly.

I would highly recommend Kollect for anyone looking for a fair and efficient junk removal company.
Tom in particular was awesome to deal with.

-which another utility failed to lift twice- was collected within a day of registering with Kollect .

I do not require a bin lift every week .
I want my bin collected when it is full and Kollect offer this service.
I will save money by availing of this company’s collection services.

We’re waiting nearly four weeks for our bins to get delivered. We joined Kollect in February and while there was a wait for the bins we still had bins from the previous company so it was not an issue. For the most past the service was fine. Unfortunately some teenagers stole our bins on bonfire night and we had to order new ones. We paid sixty Euro and were advised it would take up to ten working days. On multiple occasions we called Kollect and they said they would call us back right away and then didn’t. When we did finally insist on speaking to someone on our call they told us they have a massive backlog and do not have any estimated time as to when we will get bins. As you can imagine quite a lot of rubbish builds up over 4 weeks and to be told they don’t know when we can get bins, with no real explanation why is crazy. We thought Kollect would be better value and better than other rubbish services but it’s not looking that way. Regretting switching. We’re stuck now as if we try to go back to another company we’ll have to begin the process again although we’ll have to if Kollect can’t provide the service we’ve paid for.

Kollect is a great friendly and efficient service .....i just wanted to get rid of one item.....i got prompt attention .....i strongly recommend them 100%

Absolutely shambolic service! Kollect is a great idea in theory but in practice, poor communication and a lack of empathy from the customer service team, make Kollect a very frustrating company to deal with. I’m leaving this review now as this is not the first time this situation has occurred and if Kollect want to preach (quoted from their website) to deliver “wow through customer service” and to “strive to be straight up and always do right by their customers” then they need to use this example to GET THEIR HOUSE IN ORDER! Here’s what happened:

- Recycling bin booked on 26th June, confirmation received for collection on 3rd July
- Before 3rd July, received generic text saying collection day would be changing to Fridays. No re-confirmation of bin booking sent
- 3rd July BIN NOT COLLECTED
- Contacted customer service team who said the bin would be collected on 12th July
- We contacted customer service on the online chat on 11th July to REMIND THEM TO COLLECT OUR BIN!
- 12th July BIN NOT COLLECTED – third party collector had reported the bin not there – IT WAS!
- 13th July we contacted Kollect customer services, spoke to Megan, were promised a call back, eventually received on 15th July
- Promised the bin would be collected on 16th July and Megan would call to check it had been. NO BIN COLLECTED AND NO CALL RECEIVED. Third party collector had reported the bin not there again – IT WAS!
- Contacted customer service team again, spoke to Tara on online chat, promised Megan would call first thing in the morning. We contacted customer services on the online chat TWICE on the 17th July before Megan eventually called to say the bin would be collected on Friday 19th July – now waiting to see if the bin will be collected, not feeling hopeful!

Kollect, either your customer service team are lying to customers about collection days or your third party collectors are lying about bins not being out – WORK IT OUT AND FIX THE PROBLEM!

we pay when our bin is full that may be anything from once a week to once a month . we ring it in pay it's emptied simple no contracts no paying if we are away on hollidays .. PAY FOR A SERVICE
