best property management EVER! If we (me, really, haha) forget our keys, Sabrina is always right there to keep me out of trouble :) easy to get along with, fast to respond to problems or concerns. Only thing we'd like is a place to put a sign on the frontage so we'll catch more business, but that's not up to Sabrina. She's the best!

While I'm not a typical customer of Storage Solutions I am a customer. I do not rent storage space from them but I do rent a business suite.
The entire staff is always pleasant and ready to help and answer any and all questions. Sabrina, John and Annette are always happy and eager to help.
Due to the nature of my business I often have things that I can not do on my own and John has graciously helped me on more than one occasion.
These three make doing business easy... Their customer service is well beyond the typical business here in Killeen. If I ever needed a storage unit I would not hesitate to use Storage Solutions.

Convenient and great pricing. I was able to reserve online but apon getting there Paperwork took awhile. My storage had a gang of crickets I had to get rid of before moving in, due to the overhead lights. Pretty satisfied thus far
