This company was recommended to me by someone. They did not dissapoint. The ease of speaking to Bobby and Kate on today was amazing. They took the time to listen to my needs and answer all of my questions and concerns. I was so glad to see such clean storage units and how well the area was taken care of. And a very important thing to see was that this facility is well secured. Cameras are everywhere. Bobby made sure that I felt right at home.

I went online looking for car storage and storage, it was quick response. I went up there the next morning. Meet with Bobby wonderful person very help made me feel comfort. I made a good choice.

Had a locker here for 2 years no problems. People in office were helpful no water in units would rent again

This place is awesome! They helped me out so much. I moved from Georgia with my 2 kids. we called a few places but not only were they the cheapest they were professional and made it easy. we filled out some paperwork it took five minuets and I was on my way! I WOULD GO HERE IF EVER NEED A STORAGE AGAIN!!

I have had a storage here for a couple of months so far everything has been super easy and awesome!

Great customer service great deals

Horrible! Rent from somewhere else. We've had a storage for over 10 years. And being a 10+ year customer you would think that this place would appreciate our service, and accommodate a 10+ year customer.
To make a long story short.

Right before the 1st of the month I called and told the representative that we were going to come in on either the 1st or the 2nd to finally pick up our belongings from storage.

I had politely asked if there was any way that we could avoid having to pay the rent for the month as we were only going to use it for about 1-4 days. Or if we could pay a prorated rate for the days used. I had mentioned that we were a customer of over 10+ years. The first 7 years we paid about $200+ per month, we later downgraded and paid about $115 per month.

The lady on the phone said she would talk to her manager and see if they could do anything. Few minutes later the rep said there was nothing that could be done, and that the payment would have to be made. Which I went ahead and made the payment.

After my family arrived to Texas from California, we no longer had the key to our storage unit. Prior to arriving I had sent an email, with my photo ID, and all materials requested so my family could pick up my items from storage. I also mentioned that the lock had to be cut. I gave the names of the people arriving. My family also arrived with the e-mail in hand.

My family had to wait over 2 hours for the maintenance guy to cut the lock. The man was extremely rude and made remarks that we might steal other people's belongings. Which made no sense as my family was there to pick up my belongings. After arguing with this man, he could not cut the lock. My uncle then wen to a local home depot and bought a lock cutter. And told had to pay the man extra money to cut the lock. The police were called, and finally the lock was cut. After all of our belongings were loaded to our truck the maintenance not only took extra money to do his job, but he also stole the bolt cutters that were bought at home depot along with another tool that my uncle had bought.

This place is extremely unprofessional and they do not appreciate their customers. Look elsewhere it is not worth spending your money at a crappy place that does not care about their customers, and your items will be destroyed.

I love a company that truly cares for their customer. I drove from Fort Worth to Killeen help my senior aunt move. Others and I packed her place and put all of her belongings in storage in one day. It took two trips to the storage. It was a challenging job. John and his assistant Kate were very accomodating. I am very well pleased and highly recommend Killeen Storage Solutions to everyone. Great for my need

Great, it was clean it was rusty. But great in every other aspect.

I have had this storage over 10 years because i was in Afghanistan and it is a storage I use for my rental property I requst a ledger print out every year with no problem this particular day the 1st of May I call spoke with the receptionist Bobby very rude said he was sent out by the end of the day and I did not receive it so I call the next day and he was like oh yeah I didn't have your name I'm glad you called so I asked him was he going to send out the print out today and he was like you know we've been very busy because the first of the month , we are busy so why did you tell me you was going to send it right out then he started giving more excuses so i hung up very upset so then I go up there very rude nasty attitude, they really need to get rid of this guy that's bad customer service and he seems racist I will be canceling my storage as soon as possible as a long time customer to get this kind of treatment unacceptable.

Reception was amazing. He was so professional, efficient, and nice. He handled multiple people with ease, and gave each one quality customer care!

The storage unit as well as the office were very clean. Special kudos to John B. (One of the employees), greeted us with a smile at the door and provided A+ service. He was very friendly, comical and helpful. We started off getting a 5x10 and realized after we finished the paperwork that we needed more space. We needed a 10x10 as well and John did not hesitate to help. We went back inside and got a second unit. The facility in my opinion is safe for your belongings, comes with a decent padlock, has free treats and awesome customer service. Thank you John for all of your help and I wouldn't mind doing business with you again.
