The only thing I wasn’t happy with is when you order something the price that is shown on the website does not include VAT so you get a bit of a shock when you place your order .

The MCT oil I ordered seems fine, but I really don't like their practice of not displaying the full price. They add VAT only at the end of the checkout process so it's not transparent at all. Together with shipping it made for a very expensive product.
I know it's common practice in the US to add tax only at the end, but this is a UK site, so should adhere to UK e-commerce standards.
