Really happy to have stumbled across Keto Source. They don't have a huge range of products and that's what l like. Because you won't find the cheap low carb products that often litter other sites.

A bonus is receiving helpful newsletters and l actually asked a question about a new product being launched via their YouTube Channel and Damien replied back with really useful info.
I ordered the low carb (which was lushl), MCT powder and MCT emulsifier. Really pleased with the service and I've bookmarked the website to go back (a couple of other products l wanted were sold out).

All in all great website and even better customer service. I'm hoping to get to one of the meetup groups in London too!

I first heard of MCT oil a lifetime ago when I was training with bodybuilders at a gym in South East Essex but back then there was no internet so I couldn't find out how much I should take so it was back to dessicated liver and protein.
I've been seriously ill for 9 years I am constantly looking for products that can help improve my health I can't train now apparently I'm a health risk.
Anyway I was browsing on Amazon and I came across Premium C8 MCT Oil by Ketosource there was a great deal of information so I bought a bottle to try.
I contacted Ketosource asking for information on how much I should take I received a very detailed email from them so I began taking it everyday.
So now I take 1 tablespoon in the morning and another in my protein shake at midday it's tasteless and it adds a creamy consistency which I like.
Over the past few months I have lost 9 lbs in weight I haven't changed my diet at all the only difference is C8 MCT Oil!
My experience with Ketosource is great products and fantastic customer service so it's not expensive, don't take my word for it try it and see how it works for you.
