I do find this quite difficult to review.I have not had MCT oil/powder before so this is my first time. The day the powder arrived I had three, separate 25 ml servings, each time in a hot drink. I experienced no effects except in a decreased appetite. I like to think that this is because I was pretty low carb/ keto adapted anyway. Certainly no stomach problems. I use a stick blender to mix the powder into my drink and today I took to work a paste made of blended powder, erythritol and water that I easily mixed into 2 drinks during the day.
I am not diabetic nor forsake a have a meter for glucose/ ketone serum measurements so the on,y way I can judge this is on appetite. Nice to have a UK product and as I've struggled with fasting before istm I could manage a low calorie fast taking this each day in a drink, probably with cream each time. Having coincidentally found The Quantified Body podcasts hours after I ordered this I am confident that this is a good product.
