Ordered smoothie mix for delivery. Came on time but outdated. They said I would get a refund in 15 days. A month later and I'm still waiting. Not happy!

I ordered syrups online and when they were delivered a portion of the order was damaged (everything was sticky) and returned by FedEx. I've called, emailed, left messages and nobody has gotten back to me. I guess now I'm just out $100. What a joke.

Let’s begin with walking into the front office I was not greeted nor was I noticed. At this point I could have easily walked up stairs take things and no one would have noticed. I went to order food. The lady that was taking my order was very rude and had an unpleasing look. The other workers and higher management were present and had no acknowledgement of the attitude the lady was expressing. She walked in the kitchen stating how her experience with the Uber at the front office knowing there are people not from the company being present. Very disappointed to see employees working for an amazing company that can further their success. I would not recommend going here.

All the managers are low educated and doesn't understand the business 101. They are working from knowledge they picked off the street. I can see that they do not read books and understand the importance of business models. Emotional and anger will cause chaos in the business field. They truly don't have a leadership in running the operations. No wonder their stores closes. Won't recommend working here.

I order from lollicupstore 6ibs ot tapioca, and i recieved it on wed novemaber 7,2018 and the opened up the package to see that the expliration date for all 6 ibs is january 27,2019. I called them and told them about the issue and they told me to send an email with all of this information and i did that, and the replay that i got was that i can either keep it and try finishsing all 6 ibs before the expliration data which is not possible or send it back but they will not pay for the shipping. They said that they don’t check the expliration dates on packages before sending them. The last time i bought tapioca from them it had an exploration date of 6 months and now they are saying that tapioca has this shelf life.

Lollicup is a great place to work for. I have been here over 3 years and have learned a lot from upper management and fellow coworkers. It has been a safe, friendly and fun working environment.
The owners are very generous. We have received many different bonuses and raises over the years. We even have half year family Lollicup day where we either get to go somewhere free or have free family picnic with lots of food and fun for family and children. And at the end of the year, we also get to have a huge Employee Appreciation Dinner Event that the company organizes just to show their appreciation for their employees' hard work. I have worked in many places before and have not been treated this well by other employers.
I love working here. And if you ever consider working for Lollicup, I highly encourage you to because you will learn a lot and will love working here just as much as I do.
