hi there,
I placed an order last week for the first time with this company
my order arrived very promptly, but alas when I opened my package the goods were not the same as I ordered.
I emailed the help desk with my problem, got an instant response from very helpful staff and my replacement goods arrived 2 days later,
what can I say? the experience was painless and I shall be using them many more times in the near future.
its hard to find a company you can trust let alone get a very high level of service from, but they delivered on all counts.

I was sceptical ordering this type of product from the internet as in the past I have been asked to pay for a product which may or may not turn up. Also there is uncertainty if it's being posted in the UK or from abroad.
However Kamagradeal have allayed my anxiety through several ways.

Although the website looks like its been designed by a five year old, and the text seems to be in broken English, and the payment method is somewhat unorthodox for the internet, the site is genuine and works a treat.
I ordered kamagra. With my internet banking I could not 'add a company' for payment, I had to set up 'payment for an individual'. This worked, using the details supplied by kamagradeal. Quick email updates for the order followed, then the package arrived in two days! I'll be using this site again, quick and cheap.

As the title said. This might be a small company growing and might not have all the experience needed to make customers feel safe to use their site. I find sending text messages by via mobile and being responded by another number not really a good idea. I highly think that the payment method is not great at all. I received an invoice by email with all my credit card information. Did they not think that peoples email are save and that hacker's doesn't exist? Well this was my experience and the hold idea of this site feels bad.
