I made my order 6am on a Friday and for some reason was not entered until late Monday. The part was not instock, so then it was delayed and ordered from another wshe. Tuesday. Sent a email on the following Tuesday with no reply from sales support. Sent another email Thursday and received a reply. I was taken care of after that and I have to say this is not typical. Not sure what happened.

The parts fit great. Good quality craftsmanship on the parts. Price was great, which was my reason for ordering from this company. However, I was displeased with the cost of shipping. It was more than the parts. I would be willing to order again, but not at that shipping cost.
