One of the two places on this earth that I trust to do my repair/maintenance work when I just can't find the time to do it myself. The other place is my garage. I also have used them for everything from apparel to impossible to find parts for my Harleys going on a few years now. They've always done right by me on any minor confusions, even when it was mine, and have excellent knowledgeable staff to pick up the horn and understands customer service. I recommend them emphatically.

I looked all over the place for a set of 8 inch dimpled z bars for my bike and found them here. So I ordered them and I was waiting for an email telling me when they would shipped but it never came. Couple days later they called me and said "the bars you wanted are on back order".

"I ordered two shirts that showed as available on the website. 2 Days later I get a call, not only saying that they were not in stock, but that they had been discontinued all together! If they were discontinued, why have them on your site? I tried to pick something else, 2 different shirts, but I saw the price of them was $ 51.29, plus shipping each, and amazon had the same shirt for $48.96 with free shipping. I asked if they could match that , since my order was cancelled and the shirts I was going to get were only $29.99 each. They refused. Guess they couldn't deduct that $2.33 per shirt and save a customer. I rather not do business with a company like this. Be warned, the items you order may not really be in stock or may be discontinued. Stay away! "

We have made several attempts to reach out to Jamie and we offer our sincere apology to her regarding her dissatisfaction. Often, we are at the mercy of supplier stocks and discontinued products can slip through the cracks.
