Dear Steve, We regret that you have had an unpleasant experience with us and have chosen to record your feelings. Unfortunately, what you are claiming is a situation we both know is not correct. We have been in regular and repeated communication with you since you placed your order with us several months ago. You ordered a specific starter by part number that you stated was the exact one you wanted because it was identical to one your friend owned as well. You discovered that the starter you ordered was not the correct one for your motorcycle and would not work without modification to your frame. You contacted us to tell us of the situation and you indicated you chose not to modify your frame to accommodate the starter. You informed us of all this about a month after you received the starter. At that point, we located the correct starter for you and arranged with the supplier to return the original starter. You received a return authorization on 5-16-2016. Several days later, you informed us that your dog ate the original packaging. We indicated that you could still return the starter if you chose.Following that, we received no further communication from you until this review. This is despite repeated attempts on our part to reach out to you with the return information and to find out the status of the return on your end. We have repeatedly communicated with you to arrange for the return of the starter. To say otherwise is simply incorrect. As of this writing, you are still able to return the starter if you choose to do so. It is not too late, you were not informed late, and you were never lied to. We are unclear why you would make such false claims in a public forum because the truth of the matter is easily demonstrated and the situation has always been easily resolvable. We sincerely hope you will allow us to help you with your starter situation as we have attempted to do since you discovered that you ordered the wrong starter. We stand ready to do so.
