Ordered a UNIK Leathet vest and jacket....vest drop-shipped from UNIK and arrived in a few days...jacket on back order for over a month then put back on back order and I was told it could be 6 more weeks. Canceled and received refund...no issues.

I ordered 4 pair of socks, 2 white and 2 black. They were nice enough to contact me and tell me the black socks were not in stock, but should be restocked a couple days later. I made it clear that was fine, I would wait for the black socks and if for some reason they did not come in, to replace them with the white socks, but I needed them by a specific date. They ensured me this would not be an issue. I was never contacted back again and they ended up being late. Not to mention, I only received white socks, no black.

Hi Brett, Sorry we couldn't hit the bullseye on this one. The black socks were unavailable as you know. We worked hard to get the apparel to you on time but we are often at the mercy of our suppliers. I hope the socks worked out in any case. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to earn your business!

Had a breakdown with the old shovel. K and G had the parts I needed at a great price. Shipping was great I received the parts in 2 days and the bike should be back up and running this weekend. I will look here first for parts from now on.

They had the part in stock and shipped it super fast but I thought shipping was overpriced at over 11.00 for something that could fit in an express mail envelope.
