The package arrived damaged (a bump on the side). Thanks to the great wrapping (3 or more layers: external envelope, then bubbles, then the Jurassic Dreams box, then more wrapping...), the fossil was intact. The certificate of authenticity was damaged though (a bit broken on the edges) . I contacted with them and the replied very fast. I received a new certificate per mail after a few days. Excellent service. I would recommend it to others.

The customer service is awesome. I made a mistake when ordering (I wanted a bigger dinosaur tooth than one I initially purchased), and wrote them to cancell it before they had shipped it, so I could order again. They immediately helped by cancelling and refunding the order. Then I made a new purchase.
