Recently facing some alleged traffic violations amounting to possibly eight points, I found Villanueva and Sanchala online. The website i found to be impressive, speaking specifically about the scope of cases which they handle, and I contacted them soon thereafter. Mr. Villanueva told me he was eighty percent sure he could get me zero points. I was thrilled when he followed up with me the same day he was in court representing me, confirming that i would not receive any points on my license. I found him and his entire office to be very professional and i recommend him very highly. Reasonably priced, and he did what he said he would.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Villanueva & Sanchala Law and am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism that I had to endure from Joe and his team. I was promised that my speeding ticket would be easily dismissed by Joe- but instead was turned away due to his assistants mistake. Instead of admitting their mistake they quickly rejected my case and refused to speak with me. I am extremely unpleased with my small time working with Villanueva & Sanchala- and I hope everyone finds a better lawyer rather than wasting their time with amateurs.

I had a traffic violation for doing 62 in a 30mph in Nassau County; an 8 point violation. On the day of my first hearing, I went to court and asked for a rescheduled date. Because this was a big ticket, I felt that I needed to seek council. I googled traffic violation attorneys and spoke to a few of them over the phone to get some advice. I left Joseph a message and he got back to me right away. He was very upfront, honest and explained my options in an easy way to understand. He was a little bit more than the other attorneys but I went with him because he was definitely more professional. He sent me the paperwork right away. He appeared at my rescheduled hearing (which was about 2 months later); I didn't have to go to court or take any days off from work or worry about anything. He was able to knock down my points from 8 to 0, saving my insurance increase and my high fines to $210. Very happy and will definitely recommend!

My friend and I were driving back to NJ from visiting Canada for the first time on Memorial Day Weekend and got a ticket on the way home in upstate New York for failure to yield to a cop that was pulling over another car. There were 3 lanes and we were in the middle lane and made our way to the right lane way past where the cop had pulled over the car when we got pulled over and was slapped with this expensive ticket. This highway is known to pull over cars and give people tickets such as the one we received which I learned afterwards. The ticket was $400+ plus 3 points on your license.
