The item was of poor quality (not the fault of the jeweller) but the attitude of the manager in the local shop was extremely poor, to the point of being rude. Thankfully, head office sorted out the issue almost immediately.

The staff were very knowledgable and helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be buying more jewellery from Jeffries fine jewellers. The shop is easy to find in Friars walk next to Debenhams.
