Im sorry you feel that way Robert. I don't see any tickets from you requesting help with your DDoS protection. Standard protection is basic protection that works for most people. It doesn't work for some, like yourself unfortunately. We don't claim to have perfect DDoS protection. Please feel free to try others.

We're sorry that standard protection did not solve your DDoS issues. Next time try upgrading to our advanced DDoS where we can tweak the protection for your IP.

Very helpful support and a quick response time. The process of deploying the service being purchased could be better. Also no documentation given on how to configure the proxy server.
Overall a good service which could easily become outstanding if they worked on the flow of communication with customers on boarding.

I was very happy when I restarted my account and found my old work still there, inactive but in backed-up state. Even my old password still worked as if I had never stopped using the account. Thanks a lot!!
My new application is installed and working fine. I just need to get my domain back from GoDaddy before the application goes live on JavaPipe.
