Four Stars for now... I'm just getting started with the program. I have over 12,800 albums in my Roon database. I started with the Graceland Pro version about a month ago and just downloaded the new version last night. I also downloaded the manual last night and plan to read it soon. I am intent on getting my database up to snuff and I'm encouraged by what little I've learned so far of SongKong's capabilities. I've dreamed for years of having the software needed to replicate and even exceed the experience of sitting with a new LP and taking it all in as a full experience of sound, art, and words. The possibility of having all the information available to understand not only the work itself, but the context, history, and contributing factors to the creation of these artworks, seems almost before me. I deeply appreciate your efforts to help create a full accounting and accessible background to works that bring such depth and meaning to my life. Enriching and expanding understanding of great music is a gift beyond words. Thank you.

It’s a pretty useful tools. If it’s work as it is.
Menu still need some polishing to do.
There are still some issue with the software that f it didn’t goes as plan.
Paul are very helpful on trying to support on issue I’ve encounter.
Hope the upcoming update will resolve more of the issue and I hope the menu and online manual are much easier to understand.

Hi Riccardo, are your songs organized by album or not, if you could run Create Support Files and post more details on the forum then I can look into these false positives.

The end result is very good, but for me getting there has involved a bit of a struggle. After cleaning my files using the Roon setting only, Roon would crash while re-importing the altered files. This stopped after I re-did the SongKong process about seven times and reinstalled the Roon core program. A week or so later, SongKong began freezing after displaying a message about a corrupt database. This was resolved by deleting the SongKong database files and reinstalling the program. Since then, things have been smoother, and I've moved from the "Roon" setting to a more thorough process that has re-organized the files in my library so it can be used on Roon and other music programs that care more about organization than Roon does. The end results have been successful, and it appears that my initial problems are over with. I do wish that the SongKong interface were a little more "modern" and straightforward. That, and early issues not withstanding, I feel I have made a useful purchase.

Hi David, it sounds like you still had Roon running whilst SongKong was updating them, this is not recommended if you are running against your whole library, please see https://community.jthink.net/t/basic-clean-up-of-music-library-for-use-with-roon/9794 . If you have further questions or can give me more details about what you mean by "modern" would be great if you could post some details on the forum.
