The person at the office in the Met Life building was also so knowledgeable and reassuring. My DS82 clearly showed I wanted both the book and the card. However, I somehow didn't pay you the extra thirty for the card. Your team should have caught that and contacted me before submitting my paperwork. Now I have to relinquish my new book and wait three months (and pay again! even more money to you than before) just for the card. Can't be more disappointed with the value you all did not bring to this transaction.
