Good news: I received the Visa in a timely manner. Concern: We found out about necessary information after submitting the application despite having multiple conversations and explanations prior to submitting the application. One or two of the critical information did not come up until another person at ItsEasy reviewed the application. That should not be the case. It could've delayed the submission enough to having to withdraw the application.

After speaking with Gate 1 Tour several times, we were never told to bring an itinerary to obtain our visas. Chistopher Simons, was kind to direct us to an available computer to obtain the needed information. He made our long trip to NY enjoyable. If you need a visa or a passport renewal--especially if time is short or the process is complicated--you can absolutely depend on ItsEasy. One time, the folks at ItsEasy saved my job, basically, when I failed to pay attention to EU travel rules regarding passport expiration. They are really strict about them - but I am glad we caught the issue before it was submitted to the consulate and we got it cleared up in advance.
