The staff was extremely helpful and insightful in completing a double visa application, and an unexpected passport renewal. The members of the team were helpful over the phone when unanticipated concerns arose, and helped us choose the best option to ensure our passports were returned correct, and on-time for our trip. In terms of ease of use, clarity, and responsiveness of the staff, I give 5/5 stars.
In terms of pricing, the services are costly (although on-par with other online agent services). We did have an unexpected passport renewal come up during our visa application , and the expedited service is $299, yikes. The time crunch gave us no choice but to pursue that option (our fault, not Itseasy's) - but that is a significant amount of money to renew a passport.

I would only recommend since the service is recommended by my company. My VISA did not meet criteria I applied for. I was never contacted about it. I called and no one got back with me. I called again and was told it was being investigated and there was nothing they could do. I was told when investigation was complete I would get a call. No one has called me to this point.
