My experience with its easy was great interacting with the customer service team. My only complaint is that they need to have it on ther website the soonest or latest one can apply for their visa. I initially submitted my visa application to South Korea in June for a departure date in Oct. I was told I applied too early and will have to apply two months closer to my departure date. I don't recall seeing this on the website and that ended up costing me more for the shipping fees. I feel like they should make that clear on the website.

The assistance I received from your representatives was fabulous, very helpful and knowledgeable. I actually had an issue with my bosses passport as he ran out of pages to obtain a work visa and they were so helpful with me explaining the paperwork to renew his passport and once that was completed I sent it back so the visa could be processed and it all happened quickly and without a hitch.
