The delivery was to be made to an address in France - the courier company, I believe DHL, chose to make the delivery to the local FNAC, despite not having an agreement with FNAC. The item was being sent as a gift to a colleague as thanks for a kind favour - it was embarrassing to have to ask after two weeks if he had received the item. He then figured out what the notification from the FNAC / DHL was in relation to, but when he went to collect it, FNAC would not release due to the lack of agreement. He raised a complaint with DHL. I am too embarrassed to ask a second time if he has managed to collect his gift!!

Comment: I was slightly disappointed the personalised label was printed in lowercase. I guess I had wrongly imagined the name to be printed in Capitals. KELLY KINGSBURY
I had written the personalised name Kelly Kingsbury in regular script of capital + lowercase in application never imagining it would be printed this way, as it does look less significant.
The option of full Capitals or Lowercase name should be outlined better to the customer.
So this novice mistake in personalising the bottle is not repeated.
