I placed an order for over £100. The delivery was for a 60th birthday and was late arriving. When I phoned you refused to help and I quote ... its left us so theres nothing we can do about it - bye. Then hung up. Won't use you again.

The interface to design a personalised label was very good, but the final product wasn't quite good enough. The fist letter of the name was partially covered by the little red seal and there was a crease in the label. Could have looked better.
