The customer service at intellibed is awesome. Calling for information was easy, no hard selling or pushiness. I have had my Sapphire bed for about seven weeks. I want to love this bed but it is not working out for us. We are tossing and turning all night and many nights one or both of us end up in recliners. We wake up aching where we did not before. Customer service is helpful and said that we can send it back or give it more time. You don’t have to pay to send it back but you do lose the initial shipping on it and shipping on any other “bonus” items. I’d rather lose the money than keep the bed. Looking into a Dunlop Latex bed by Spindle. I’ll update this if anything changes.

It’s a good, solid, quality-made bed recommended by our chiropractor. It is far and above 100% better than “Purple” which we bought and returned. It doesn’t have bells and whistles, but it will certainly last us through the years. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because its not very customizable as far as softness. It also doesn’t come with any perks (free mattress protector or sheets). The mattress protector doesn’t come cheap and not using one essentially voids your warranty. We didn’t buy the adjustable base so can’t speak to using the bed on an angle. Overall, would recommend but not completely blown out of the water. No complaints either.

Love the features of this bed. I was using a wedge under my head and a cushion under my knees. I no longer need those with this bed. In addition the vibration feature is relaxing. Can say enough about how comfortable I feel sleeping in this bed.

I love this bed!!!! My spine specialist told me I had scoliosis this year and actually recommended intellibed - after just a week of sleeping on the new mattress I felt like a different person. The quality of bed you sleep on actually makes all the difference! Thank you intellibed!

I couldn't be happier with this mattress! The service was great and they were very helpful! They made sure I got a fair price and a good experience! The mattress is amazing and it will be very hard for me to ever have a different one. I was going to a chiropractor at least once a week for back and hip problems. On the first night of sleeping on the Intellibed I fell asleep faster and stayed asleep all night and woke up with less pain. I've been sleeping on it now for months and I have zero pain in the mornings! I dont even go to the chiropractor anymore bc I feel great everyday! I highly recommend this mattress to anyone and ha e told all my friends, family and colleagues about it! The only thing that's bad about the mattress is when I have to get up in the morning to start my day! Thank you intellibed for helping me to get a great nights sleep each and every night!
