I purchased the king topper. Once received, I found the the size to be 8 in. Shorter across and 6 in. Head to toe. Sent pictures and waited for the next 30 days called a handful of times to address there lack of response or promises which were not fulfilled. Finally decided to give up and ask for a refund.
As for the topper we found it very comfortable and supportive being sold by a company who has the most unprofessional customer service I have seen. I requested speaking to management about the issues and was refused. Until they fix their deficits, look elsewhere.

Horrible horrible customer service! Everything we received besides the mattress protector was damaged. We called and talked to the manager and she told us she would take care of us and return all damaged things. That was two weeks ago and have not heard anything from her. We have called multiple times and she never calls back. We have had this bed for a month with no follow through. I would think with how much you spend that there would be good customer service and follow through!!! BEWARE!

My husband and I got our Intellibed in January of this year. We moved into a new home and decided before we moved that a new mattress was the first purchase we would make. We had it delivered when we moved in and it has been the best decision we ever made. We did a lot of research and laid on a lot of beds and decided that the construction of the Intellibed was what we wanted. We both like different things in a mattress and Intellibed fit everything we both wanted. We knew it was a little more expensive but we figured a mattress is something you spend 8 hours a day in and we knew we would have whatever we bought for years to come. Before we got our new mattress I was in physical therapy for a rotator cuff problem. I am happy to tell you that ALL of our pain is gone. I was pregnant for the first 6 month we had the mattress and I never felt any of the pregnancy sleep problems all my friends have had. My husband had been complaining of neck p

Great nights sleep for the first year. The problem is they put out a 20 year warranty on these with a price to match and the bed is already less supportive and I am back to waking up in pain. Not a happy result and will have to buy a new mattress. Will not buy another based on the price/value that it provides.

We bought out queen size Intellibed mattress, box spring and pillows already 2 years ago, because we wanted a non toxic bed without compromising the comfort. First of all, the customer service representative Josh was so helpful and patient with us and our million questions. Could not have received better service. We have now had our mattress for over 2 years and it is still as comfortable as the day we first got it. Absolutely no sinking, and I have never woken up sore! I even slept comfortably through my pregnancy last year. If you are looking to invest a bit more on a quality mattress, don't hesitate to get an Intelllibed mattress!

I am an extreme global flyer for work and entertainment. I sleep on many different beds in many high end hotels. I finally ordered this bed complete with adjustment platform. I decided to stay in town for a week just to use it and this is what happened. From the first night, every muscle in my body felt sore but very comfortable. I realized my muscles were sore because the bed permits my body muscles to return to normal positions and aligned. Now 4 weeks later I sleep effortlessly with no muscle soreness, but unfortunately I can only use this beast 3 days a month.

I slept on memory foam for 15 years. It was very comfortable and the best bed I had slept on up until that point. My only complaint was that over time it seemed to "remember" where I slept most. I found intellibed and read about it but didn't think too much until I lied down on it for the first time. It was weird. It felt almost like I was floating but not. Where I expected to feel pressure like on my hips there wasn't but I could feel it kind of push up into my back. They had a sales demonstration that explained how the gel cubes worked to do that but experiencing it is what sold me. My wife didn't like it at first, like I said it feels different, and she's not real big on change. She loves it now. Very nice quality craftsmanship also. It is on the pricey side but it is the most important piece of furniture you can buy (health wise).
