I renewed my van insurance online to get a €20 discount, and I paid for the full year in one go on the 5th of Feb. I then received an email confirming the payment, but the email said I was not insured until confirmed by insuremyvan. No confirmation was sent by email and no insurance disc has been sent out up until today 13th of Feb, and because of that my partner has been driving me to work in her car. I find it appalling the amount of time it's taking to send an insurance disc of a policy that was already with insuremyvan since last year and whose premium has been paid in full. Don't think I'll be renewing the policy with insuremyvan next year. John Troy
