Not impressed when I first phoned regarding policy increase and got a representative who demonstrated robotic rhetoric at its extreme. I then had to ring for cert and 2 arrived next day. On the plus side person I rang regarding cert was nice.

My insurance doubled this year again. Insure my van did have the best offer after shopping around and we finally worked together to change my policy to help bring the price down. this is my 5th year with insure my van. just a bit deflating that i still have to pay way more for my policy than i think i should.

The online renewal €20 discount where you have to put in how much you are going to pay is a bit confusing. I kept getting texts to renew the policy after I used the online renewal system until I rang and asked for the texts to stop.
