Did a temporary transfer of my insurance to another van while my own was in garage, I was charged 25 euro to do transfer . This is a complete rip off. Ye should not be allowed charge for transfering cover..

I was refused insurance in 2017 so have no idea why I was contacted in 2018 asking me to write a review.
The reason for my refusal was that I didn't work in an acceptable industry. Since your business is called 'insure my van' I don't understand why my job should be the deciding factor. As I said at the time, perhaps a rebranding is in order for yourselves with a change to 'insure van owners'.
This is my third attempt to complete this review as the first was rejected with an instruction to 'Please enter all required fields' yet nothing is marked as required and I had to enter all information again. The second attempt was rejected because choosing 0 out of 5 stars isn't accepted. My choice of 1 above is only because 0 wasn't permitted.
