I was charged 40 euro to transfer insurance onto my new van.I dont think that charge is justified.It then took two phonecalls and a wait of over two weeks before I got the certificate of insurance.Meanwhile I couldnt tax the van.

I keep getting texts about renewing everyday a long time after renewal due date!! Same last year i had to bar the number. I requested for to stop sending them but it does nt happen.

I noted the insurance was due for renewal and requested quotes... This was some 30days before renewal so we have time to check out other providers. Your default system is only 10 days... way too short..
