despite purchasing my insurance I continued to receive Texts / emails and notifications for days after informing me that my van insurance was due. It actually became quite a nuisance. Can you please inprove your systems ability to update renewals and refrain from bothering your customers

Great value,, was previously charged alot more by axa who kept increasing the prices It was very quick and easy,, the only thing I wud critisise is the eircode part. It says eircode optional,,, but then wudnt let me proceed without it. Other than that ,very satisfied
