Start to finish, on a Saturday morning you do expect to get such a quick and quality response from anywhere.
I went to get a quote online and was informed I'd get a call. Wasn't expecting the call so soon. Eimear was courteous and had quality customer experience. Her knowledge and clarity on the product was excellent.
After shopping around, as I said in my mail, not only do you beat all competition, your online process is so much easier than most and then the quality of your call backs is unreal.
