The main point was you consider over 66's and didn't penalise too much when calculating the premium.

I found it pretty easy to do on line, just had to make one change and I was called straight away by a staff member to see did I need any help, all done, insurance documents e-mailed to me, took about 15mins. Just hope I don't need to ever use it!

Easy to complete. Had a small hiccup losing the first cinfirmation email and certificate but following a quick email, details were immediately re sent.

Very quick and easy to purchase. I use this company for all my travel insurance. I have not to date had to claim for anything thank God
But if I had to I am sure it would be equally as professionally handled
