Thank God nothing happened to me while on holiday, but I,m sure insure my holiday would have covered it :)

I went online and out of all the websites and companies I visited this was the easiest. The policy is excellent and I feel now that I can travel without the worry of anything going wrong as I feel secyre, safe and covered. Thankyou

Excellent cover we got for our trip to New York hopefully we won’t need it but here’s to a safe and happy trip and nothing to worry about if anything does go wrong as we have great cover to if it does

I voluntarily completed a telephone questionnaire regarding my health which is exceptionally good I would say. I have a degree of osteoporosis. A simple accident would be unlikely to cause ;any fracture but I thought it best to be prepared. I paid for the extra cover, but was not sent any sort of confirmation. Verbally all I got was "we will have it on your record" without confirming it was already there and taking no responsibility for confirming this for my peace of mind or for putting it on the paper details I am obliged to carry with me on holiday. The person at your screening service said I would receive confirmation in the post in a couple of weeks. I did not.

While on holiday I had a mobile phone and a small amount of money taken.It was not very clear on the policy that this was not covered.Please make it more clear as had Iknown i may have got phone insurance.It only added to the misfortune of being robbed..
