My policy keeps being auto renewed and the money taken from my acocunt despite being ASSURED last year this would not happen again, they just took a payment again this year. Do not EVER give them your bank details as they will keep stealing your money. SCAMMERS!

My first and last year to take an annual travel policy with this company. I emailed in a query in relation to my policy and upcoming trip in July on the 24th of April. I have yet to receive a reply. Luckily I just checked and my policy was due to auto renew. Will not be renewing.
