Initially a bad experience – I thought Instanatural had made a price change by decreasing the amount of an item from 1.7 oz to .5. Turns out the wrong item was shipped (in a travel size, not the normal size). My email of complaint was answered swiftly & courteously and Instanatural is making good the error.

I can't review the product because after two weeks I'm still waiting for it. I ordered two so I could get "free" shipping. I guess "free" meant it is being sent by bicycle. When I pay this much for an over-priced product I would at the very least expect to receive it in a reasonable time.
