The product was good and I'm happy with it. However there was a delay in shipping die to the fact the seller believed I had provided the wrong address.

The address was correct however there was only one email sent to me regarding this and it was in reply to the sales order. I could have easily missed the fact that the order was being held due to this.

If you've taken a customer's payment and are holding the order, please be a little more proactive in reaching out to let them know.

The Heart was a lot bigger than I expected. I wish the strap was fabric instead of rubber but I still love how it looks in my car!
