It's rare for a company to go above and beyond these days, but Isle Surf & SUP gives great customer service. They made good on their like-it-or-exchange it policy when my husband decided the SUP he'd picked wasn't for him. And the owner ran across the street to have my paddle shortened to a custom length while I waited, so I wouldn't have to make a return trip. Highly recommended!

My wife and I just purchased two paddle boards from Isle Surf and Sup and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Website is clean and ordering was easy. Their staff was super nice and was able to answer some questions prior to ordering. The shipping company was great - very nice and the boxes were taken care of. I've bought seven surfboards so far and the 7'10" funboard I bought from Isle is my favorite goto board now. It catches waves like a longboard and has good performance. It is fast down the line and turns easy. I plan on getting a 7'2" shortboard from Isle next.

I purchased a 7'10" funboard and I am very happy with its performance. I've always surfed 9' longboards and going to a smaller size was a great decision. I catch waves as easy as a longboard but it's faster and much easier to turn. I plan to buy a Big Guy shortboard from Isle in the future.
