Customer service prior to purchasing the item was impeccable! Spot on!! Nothing to complain about..
However, after purchase, there was problem in the sizing and I needed info on refund and return policies and the service was not the same. Not as attentive and welcoming or forthcoming as before. I will just leave it as there is still room for growth and they can do better...but that being said, attire was beautiful, print was beautiful and true to pix. I intend to re-order in correct size...

I was sent a faulty item and a label for return was not offered I had to pay for return shipment and it was not refunded. I've never been treated like that by any company....they did not take responsibility for sending a dirty and torn item.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered a dress and when I received it I didn't like it. I promptly returned this dress for a refund. I sent the dress back within the time frame allowed for refunds. I emailed the company to inform them I was returning the dress. I never received any response. I paid for return shipping and tracking. I received notification a couple of days later that the company received my return. I emailed them again to check the turnaround time for the money to be refunded. Again no response. I waited and no refund. This was in May and it's now August and still no refund. I even disputed the charge with my bank and the company is trying to fight it. So they have my money and the dress. I will never shop here again and would definitely not recommend them.
