Extremely positive?! Very nice person behind the counter, online order and pickup super easy however I thought since it’s a nice lil shop that maybe they’d have a small community so I checked on discord and to my disappointment is all that’s there is the owner advertising stuff 😭
Apart from the discord server being.. poor overall a perfect experience with them and I’m excited to shop again. However in store I do recommend advertising the protective cases for the Funkos as they are really cheap and probably sell well.
