Hi Valerie,
I believe I misunderstood your email that you sent a few weeks back.
Our system automatically sends out an email to check-in on clients to make sure they are satisfied with the spreadsheet. Your email response said that you 'Were a little frustrated at first, but you will get back in there over the weekend'. I mistook that as you were going to test the spreadsheet out over the weekend and get back to me if you had any further frustrations, but I never heard from you again, so I mistakenly assumed everything was fine. Please let me know if you are still having issues. Thanks!

After navigating around for a while on the spreadsheet. I mainly purchased it for keeping my finances in line with my contractors. I really want a user from friendly tool for organizing and paying my contractors on their timelines. I find it diffult. Maybe I am missing something. Not using the spreadsheet as much as I expected to.

This is a very good and detailed software designed for flippers, wholesalers and holders. Works great with my laptop/desktop but not to well with my tablet version. All in all I would recommend this software to anyone that wants to get in to real-estate.
