Loving the spreadsheet! I love the fact that it has suggested values for estimating rehab costs, but can be easily changed. I love the layout and how it displays the numbers in a very clear manner. I have not explored all the reports yet, but the few I’ve played around with provide the relevant information. Thank you for creating a fantastic tool.

The House Flipping software is much more extensive and detailed than I expected.
There are more reports and analysis tools available to assess any property. So far the the House Flipping software has exceeded my expectations. However, I would like to be able to do more than one project at the same time. How to set that up more than one property may be in the training or some other place , but I can not seem to find it. If that option is available it should be clear or if not please add it. Also, I need to be able to estimate the cost of removing a popcorn ceilings as they are out of style in may area.

Hey Robert, thanks for the review! The House Flipping Spreadsheet can be used to manage as many projects as you need. If you have multiple projects going on you will just create a copy of our House Flipping Spreadsheet, and make a separate spreadsheet file for each project. I will send you a video. According to Homeadvisor "On average, the cost is between $1/sf and $2/sf, with the average homeowner spending around $1,565 to remove the outdated and possibly cracked texture from the ceiling". In my experience, that seems about right.
