Great product! Well thought out, easy to use and very helpful for estimating before the purchase. Tutorials are wonderful. In addition, Dave has answered any questions via email or on the phone - great customer service!! The accounting dimension is invaluable for tracking expenses once rehab starts. Just finishing up renovation on my first purchase, will close on my second purchase in 30 days, looked at a third purchase today. I took my computer with me and used the flipper software to plug in the numbers on site - HUGE time saver and easy to review your data in one composite place. I cannot say enough good things about this spreadsheet.

Hi Roland, thanks for the feedback. The Google Sheets version can be opened in the Google Sheets app on IPad. Unfortunately, the Google Sheets App for IPad doesn't have the full functionality of the Google Sheets web app so some functionality is disabled (buttons & other UI stuff)

Hi Ashley, I checked our email/support system and I have received no requests for support from you so I'm confused why you are leaving such a poor review when you didn't even give us a chance to help?...We have over 50 video tutorials on our website (& on our YouTube page) as well as video case studies with real world examples. You don't need to know any formulas or anything advanced in Excel, you basically just need to know how to open a spreadsheet. I would recommend starting with the deal analysis portion to analyze deals & estimate rehab costs. Once you get a property under contract you can move on to the Project Management & Accounting tools.

Constant macro errors, freezes up, tons of data that I can’t use because it is super inefficient. I run 32G ram machine to keep up with my programs,m and all this still occurs with most everything else shut down. I can’t image how bad it would be on a slow PC.
