Review of HOK in general - So far so good. Might want to check with site admins re functionality of search bar combined with parameter sidebar. Could be my browser but I had some issues there. Perhaps a good overall shopping experience can be improved, so 4 stars. Also, I had a hard time restraining my purchases, so I think that says something about the value and selection on offer even as the Canadian Peso crumbles.

Great experience dealing with customer service (Stephanie). I purchased a Cryo Blackwash online and about an hour later realized that I was actually wanting the Cryo 2 Blackwash. I sent an email to customer service that night. They got back to me the next day, cancelled my initial order and I went ahead and purchased the Cryo 2. Simple, no red tape and I got what I wanted.
