I like the price of the hotel I wanted to stay at, but I didn't like that you joined me up in a club that I had to sign out of, or you would charge me a membership fee. I didn't ask to join the club.

I would say that Hotel Power customer service was responsive. Got back with me in just a few hours after sending in an e-mail.
Very disappointed with Trivago....if you use that site then you automatically get charged and signed up for Hotel Power account. User beware.
